I'm a Newberg-based Oregon Realtor with a simple focus: helping local homeowners sell their homes for the best possible result.

My #1 focus is working with sellers. I believe selling a home is about much more than putting a sign in the yard. It takes strategic pricing, strong marketing, local market knowledge, careful negotiation, and a commitment to protecting my client's bottom line.

I've also spent years on the other side of the transaction as a real estate investor. My experience owning and renting properties, investing in multifamily properties, and evaluating deals has given me a practical understanding of what makes a real estate investment work — and what can cause a deal to go sideways.

Before becoming a Realtor, I served in the U.S. Navy, including service in Explosive Ordnance Disposal. My family and I later spent four years in Mexico serving at a local orphanage and homeschooling our children. When we returned to Oregon, we chose Newberg as home.

That experience shaped the way I approach real estate today. I want to be known in my community, not just known as a Realtor.

I also work with military families, real estate investors, seniors, and commercial clients throughout the Newberg, Dundee, and Yamhill County area.
