About Scott Parker Leadership
Scott Parker runs Scott Parker Leadership, a team-building and leadership training business based here in Newberg. He leads interactive workshops that help teams communicate better, trust each other more and build a more positive workplace culture.
Scott holds a master’s degree in education and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, including work as a training coordinator for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has led workshops for companies like Shell Oil, PepsiCo, Edward Jones and Comcast. He is also a longtime improv teacher who trained with Second City, and he once retraced the Lewis and Clark Trail. Here in town, he is the Executive Director of the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce.
